Once purchased, the Falcon Wings will be available for all characters on the account, and will be visible in the character inventory in the ‘Accessories’ tab. You will need to spend the Gemstone and 700,000 gold per character to purchase the wings. Once these are achieved, you will be rewarded with an “Aether Gemstone”, which is used to purchase the wings from the Vendor Vendor in the center of the Crucible of the Cosmos area in Clucifix Hold. This achievement is acquired by having a character of level 70 in all classes, completing the game in the Adventure Mode, and having all the Seasonal Achievements. In order to get Falcon Wings in Diablo 3, you must first obtain the well-known achievement known as “Eternal Collection”.
